Lead by Eva Altobelli and Katja Cahoon, this is a six months consultation group for KAP group leaders and people interested in developing their group leadership skills. Welcoming to practitioners who are newer to Group KAP - and for anyone seeking community and learning in community about Group KAP. We will work on building community, being grounded and in self energy, esp. when things get challenging, and stepping into or developing a leadership role. Limited to 8 people.
Participants will be able to bring questions pertaining to building groups, running groups, challenging situations, all things ketamine in group settings, issues with co-leaders, participants, and more. We will be able to address both the medical and therapeutic side of things and there will be space for the sacred and the practical.
Limited to eight people so we can grow and build community together for six months. Whether you are an experienced group leader or need some gentle handholding as you get started – there is space for it all. Our goals are to:
- Help nurture evolved, conscious group leaders by holding space for your personal, therapeutic, consciousness and spiritual development so you can develop your own leadership style.
- Create a sense of belonging, nourish peer support and the ability to be in groups
- Bridge the sacred and the pragmatic: all is welcome in this group: self-development, grappling with shadow and triggers, technical and practical questions, success stories and challenges
- Create and model a cohesive, authentic, safe, collaborative environment so participants can grow, be vulnerable, reflect on their inner process, ask any question
- Address and reflect on addressing and holding the shadow in group
The format will include short talks about topics of relevance, space for Q&A, and case presentations and discussion.
